Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's rooms were not ready upon my arrival, with very dark lighting from just 3 lamps, but they offered natural ventilation. The service was friendly and helpful but faced some challenges. The location, though a bit hard to navigate at first, was amazing, safe, and surrounded by plenty of eateries and shops. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with one expensive option but good overall choices. The hotel's facilities provided mixed experiences.
The hotel definitely has some positives, but there are a few aspects that could be better. The rooms, while ok, need improvement considering the price; the AC worked well, and my room was fairly clean. The service was accommodating and tried to help but had some issues with camera access. The location is decent in Santa Fe Mexico City, although it feels not as well-managed as before; the rooms and bathrooms are spacious and modern, by Molton Brown, with secure surroundings and convenient access to restaurants and a shopping mall. The dining varied from excellent to terrible, including fresh, organic eggs and pricey, subpar options. Overall, the stay had its ups and downs.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the bright side, the rooms were very spacious and clean, with excellent air conditioning. However, there were some issues like missing the TV remote for a weird reason. The service was helpful overall, despite the inconvenience of not being able to view camera footage due to a password issue. The location was convenient for a business trip, being close to various restaurants within walking distance and a shopping mall. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with excellent fresh organic eggs but also high prices. The facilities were generally good, but there were management inconsistencies compared to the past and higher prices in the area.
